Touch-up visits

Touch-up visits after installs and deliveries

Furniture arrives, art goes up, a fabricator finishes the last counter. A short visit afterward brings the room back to how the client first saw it.

What you get

  • Fingerprints off glass and fixtures

  • Floors vacuumed after deliveries

  • A fresh photo of each room you choose

Bedroom with a made bed and a window, the room quiet and lit

What a touch-up covers

  • Glass and mirrors

    • Smudges and fingerprints off glass

    • Mirrors and picture glass left in place

    • Shower glass after a first use

  • Fixtures and surfaces

    • Faucets and handles wiped

    • Counters and cabinet fronts wiped

    • Light fittings dusted

  • Floors

    • Vacuumed after deliveries

    • Damp-mopped where the surface allows

    • Thresholds and entries

  • Packaging and tape

    • Small packaging bagged

    • Tape and film marks wiped

    • Loose debris from installs

Quoted separately

  • Moving furniture

We work around what has been placed. Moving it is a job for the installers.

  • A full re-clean

If the room needs the whole sequence again, it is quoted as a reveal-day clean.

  • Anything above a ladder's reach

Needs a lift and another company.

How the number is made

  • What decides the price

How many rooms, how long since the last clean, and what has come in since.

    • Rooms to be touched up

    • What was installed since the last clean

    • Access and parking

  • What the estimate includes, and what it doesn't

A short written scope names the rooms and what we wipe in each. It covers labor and supplies, and leaves out moving furniture.

  • What happens at the visit

A visit is usually the touch-up itself. If the project is new to us, Deja asks for photos first.

  • When you get the number

In writing before the visit, usually the same business day.

How a visit goes

  1. 01

    Step 1: Photos first

Deja asks for a few phone photos or a call with your site lead.

  2. 02

    Step 2: Scope and date

A short written scope, and the day the crew can come.

  3. 03

    Step 3: The visit

A small crew works room by room, glass and fixtures first.

  4. 04

    Step 4: A note back

Photos of what changed go to the person who booked us.

Before we arrive, and what we do not do

  • Before we arrive

    • Installers done in the rooms

    • Stylists and movers told we are coming

    • A place to park

    • Someone to let us in

  • What we do not do

    • Move placed furniture or art

    • Clean upholstery or rugs

    • Repair marks or scratches

    • Handle breakables you have staged

Questions about this clean

How soon can you come back?

It depends on the week. Deja confirms the day in writing after she has the rooms and photos.

Can you do a touch-up on shoot day?

Yes, before the photographer arrives. Tell us the time, and we finish before they set up.

Is it the same crew?

We send the people who did your clean when we can, so they know the rooms.

Send the room list

Tell us the rooms and what has been installed. Deja writes back with a day.

We reply by the end of the next business day.
