This explains what Reveal Day Cleaning collects when you use this site, send a punch list or message us, and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Your name, phone number and email.
• The project's neighborhood or address, the rooms and the reveal date.
• Access details you choose to give us, such as who holds the lockbox code.
• Basic technical data, such as your browser and the pages you visit.

How we use it

• To book a walkthrough, send a written scope and schedule the crew.
• To text you about a visit you have booked, and to send the photo set.
• To answer questions and keep our records.

Codes and photos

A lockbox or alarm code is shared only with the crew on your project and deleted from our schedule when the job closes. Photos go only to the people you name, and we don't post or sell them.

Text messages

When you send a form or text us, you agree to get texts about that request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop texts that are not about a visit you have booked.

Who sees it

Your crew sees the address, access notes and scope. We use service providers for scheduling, texting and invoicing, and they handle your data only for us. We don't sell your personal information. We share it if the law requires, or to deal with an insurance claim.
